Credits are the currency for AI employee runs. Different tasks use different amounts: a quick check costs 5 credits, a standard audit uses 25, and a deep audit costs 100. Support tickets use about 10 credits, and monitoring checks use 3. Your plan includes a monthly credit allocation.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features and credit allocation. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Your employees pause until your credits reset at the start of the next billing cycle. You can also purchase additional credit packs at any time, or upgrade your plan for a higher monthly allocation. You will never be charged unexpectedly.
The Free plan is your trial -- 100 credits per month, 1 team, 3 employees, no credit card required. Use it as long as you want. When you are ready for more, upgrade to Pro or Business.
Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. This keeps pricing simple and predictable. If you consistently have unused credits, consider a lower tier. If you run out early, purchase a credit pack or upgrade.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with net-30 terms. All prices are in USD.
